Job Overview

• QA Engineer/ Experience Officer for third-party mobile applications and scenarios, familiar with the testing process of mobile applications, responsible for the construction and planning of local business for "third-party and scenarios", task management, and personnel training.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for exploring third-party applications and full-scenario business in the Nigerian market, undertaking the construction goals of headquarters, and carrying out the planning and construction of local experience testing;
• Continuously collect and update the list of local TOP third-party applications, and identify and collect unique local differentiated third-party applications;
• Identify, collect, and analyze local user scenarios, pain points, and value opportunity points, dig out local differentiated scenarios and core differentiated needs, establish a localization scenario library, and be responsible for the user experience of local popular third-party applications;
• Responsible for experience team management, personnel development, and the accumulation of local scenario libraries; undertake third-party and scenario task testing; intercept local characteristic issues; improve testing output and efficiency; and build a high-output team;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or above in Computer Science, Communication Engineering, Software Engineering or related majors, familiar with the testing process of the Android platform, with strong learning ability,
• Have a certain theoretical foundation in user research, and possess strong user scenario recognition and pain point mining capabilities
• Possess good cross-border communication skills and be able to articulate local pain points and user needs to the headquarters
• Possess good quality awareness and problem-solving skills, have strong driving force, and be able to effectively promote project testing progress and problem resolution
• Those with experience in test team management are preferred, and should be able to guide team testers to improve their testing and design capabilities.
• Have a correct attitude, be proactive, and possess good communication and coordination skills.
