We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Quality Assurance Compliance Officer

Job Location: Mainland, Lagos
Employment Type: Full time

Summary of Responsibilities

• Ensure that all process activities from raw material, dispensary, granulation, Compression and packaging are done in line with GMP requirement as regards line clearance and line monitoring.
• Ensure that all Standard operating procedures (SOP), batch manufacturing record (BMR), protocol and reports, logbooks/charts/forms and standard testing procedures are prepared and reviewed in line with appropriate practice and GMP standards
• Ensure the timely and adequate resolution of all CAPA raised during audits and inspection
• Ensure the following activities are carried out as per SOPs and in line with regulatory requirement (Change controls, deviations, annual product quality review, risk assessment, product recall, common technical document, site master file, validation master plan, quality manual and stability program).
• Ensure the validation of all production equipment/machine, processes and product in line with GMP standard such as; cleaning validations, Process validations, Temperature mapping, HVAC validations, Water validation in line with GMP standards and VMP 
• Ensure all balances, laboratory equipment and devices are calibrated both internal and external calibration in line with the VMP
• Coordinate all self/internal audit exercise and external audit.
• Ensure the adequate treatment, sampling, analysis and release, sanitization and passivation of water
• Preparation of schedule and ensuring fumigation both internal and external is carried out as per pre-approved schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum of B.Sc / HND or equivalent in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Industrial Chemistry Microbiology or Related sciences
• Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience

• Auditing, report writing and presentation skill
• Effective communication skill, interpersonal and Team Player skill
• Analytical and problem-solving skill and RCA skill
• Proficient in MS word, excel and statistical tools
• Knowledgeable in Quality Management standards and GMP
