We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Quality Control Assistant

Job Location: Ibadan - Oyo / Kaduna / Kano

Purpose

• The Quality Control Assistant supports the production team by ensuring that products meet established quality standards.
• This role involves daily inspection of materials and nearly finished goods, monitoring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.

The Job

• Analyze samples of nearly finished products daily to confirm adherence to durability, safety, and specification standards before final production.
• Conduct routine testing and evaluation of materials, components, and environmental factors used during production to verify quality.
• Identify and troubleshoot customer complaints or internal issues related to product quality by reviewing the entire production process.
• Maintain accurate records of quality checks, test results, and findings in designated logs and quality control systems.
• Verify that all products and processes meet relevant local and industry-specific regulatory standards at all production stages.
• Periodically review and recommend updates to quality control procedures to enhance efficiency and reduce production disruptions.

Qualifications / Experience

• 5 O’ level Credits including English & Mathematics in not more than two sittings.
• Minimum of two years' experience Preferably in a manufacturing setting.

• Be adaptable and proactive in suggesting process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Possess teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate good knowledge of quality assurance methods, tools, and industry standards.
