Job Position: Quality Control Manager

Job Location: Akure, Ondo

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Manager to oversee and ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements across our pharmaceutical operations.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality management systems, ensuring product quality, and supporting regulatory compliance in line with GMP and other applicable standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS)
• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), regulatory standards, and company policies
• Oversee quality assurance and quality control processes
• Review and approve quality documentation including SOPs, batch records, and reports
• Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits and regulatory inspections
• Investigate deviations, non-conformances, and customer complaints, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Ensure proper documentation control and record management
• Monitor product quality throughout storage and distribution processes
• Train staff on quality standards, procedures, and compliance requirements
• Work closely with production, warehouse, and regulatory teams to maintain quality standards

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Microbiology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field with 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical quality assurance or quality control
• Strong knowledge of GMP, regulatory requirements, and quality management systems
• Experience handling audits and regulatory inspections
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent documentation and reporting skills
• High attention to detail and analytical skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

Salary
N150,000 - N250,000 / Month.
