Job Position: Quality Control Officer
Job Location: Abeokuta, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine checks on food preparation, storage, and facilities, and monitor hygiene and sanitation practices to comply with regulatory standards.
• Evaluate raw materials and finished products for quality assurance.
• Develop and enforce quality control processes and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to maintain high-quality product standards.

Requirements

• OND / HND / BSc Degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Hospitality, or related field.
• 1 - 2 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in the food or hospitality industry).
• Strong attention to details and excellent communication and reporting skills.
