Job Details

• Estimating and preparing tender documents, budgets, and cost plans for construction projects.
• Conducting cost analysis and providing advice on procurement strategies.
• Providing financial reports and forecasts to project stakeholders.
• Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure cost-effective project delivery.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Assessing and evaluating contractor quotations and negotiating contracts.
• Managing and monitoring project costs throughout the construction phase.
• Conducting value engineering exercises to optimize project costs without sacrificing quality.
• Preparing interim valuations and final accounts.
• Contributing to risk management assessments and mitigation strategies.
