Job Position: Real Estate Field Agent

Job Location: Orchid Road, Lekki - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Property Showings: Conduct property showings for potential buyers and tenants.
• Property Inspections: Conduct property inspections to assess condition and identify maintenance needs.
• Market Research: Gather information on market trends, property values, and local regulations.
• Property Listings: Prepare property listings, including taking photos and writing compelling descriptions.
• Client Communication: Maintain effective communication with clients, addressing their questions and concerns.
• Negotiation: Negotiate deals between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
• Legal Documentation: Assist in preparing and reviewing legal documents related to property transactions.
• Follow-up: Follow up with leads and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.
