We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Receptionist/ Customer Service Representative
Job Location: Enugu

Job Descriptions

• Manage large amounts of incoming calls
• Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
• Handle customer's complaints ,provide appropriate solutions,alternatives and follow up to ensure resolution
• keep records of customer's interaction,process,customer's accounts and file documents.
• Take the extra mile to engage customers.
• Give customers information about products and service

Job Requirements

• B.Sc/HND in Mass communication and other relevant course of study
• Must be resident in Onitsha
• Must have at least 2-3 years experience in customer service
• Must be computer literate
• Proficient in English Oral and Written
• Good Presentation skills
• Must be smart and very resourcesful
• Open to Female only
