We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Receptionist/Front Desk Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • The potential candidate will serve as the face of the company,excellent communicator and strong administrator
  • must comfortably interact with individuals of all professional levels.
  • Greet business’ visitors,warmly welcomes them, providing answers to basic questions regarding the business, as well as provide brief explanation of the services the firm offers.
  • In addition, the receptionist will be responsible for answering all incoming calls, overseeing the distribution of incoming and outgoing mails as well as perform a variety of clerical tasks, drafts correspondence, orders office supplies, files documents, makes photocopies and may also perform light bookkeeping tasks.

Requirements
Courses/Qualification:

  • OND/HND/B.Sc qualifications (Any Discipline).
  • Fluent in English,
  • Computer Literate,
  • With at least 2 years’ experience.
  • Age: 20-30
