Job Description

  • In a highly engaged and enthusiastic team, within a fast-growing company contributing to the Oil & Gas industry, the Recruitment officer supports the company's strong growth.

Your primarly mission will be to plan for and ensure the recruitment of staff sufficient to organisation needs through:

  • Talent Attraction 
  • Candidate interview experience 
  • Data Management and Reporting
  • Employee Engagement & Project Management.

Responsibilities
On a Daily Basis, you will:

  • Liaise with the Recruitment Manager to determine staffing requirements
  • Use internal and external systems to advertise job vacancies as appropriate
  • Develop and keep up to date policies relating to employment and other human resources issues
  • Plan & Organize for Test Sessions.Interviews.
  • Assist the recruitment team with its day-to-day activities, e.g. Sourcing of CV.
  • Ensure compliance with employment and data protection related legal requirements
  • Organise and take part in interview procedures as required
  • Organize Technical Interview with the assessor (including the Subcontractor) and update their feedback into the necessary file and the Database/Talentsoft
  • Organize HR Interviews and document the information into the HR file (with the assessment results).

Profile
If You Are/have:

  • Extensive experience using Excel
  • Undergraduate in any of Engineering Disciplines or social sciences
  • Familiarity with application tracking systems
  • Strong competences of Excel
  • Strong sense of accountability for one's work.
  • As you will be assessing and working with people from more than 25 nationalities, fluency in English is key. Being able to speak french would be a plus.

 

Note: You must be willing to relocate / reside in Port Harcourt.
