We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Recruitment Specialist

Job Location: Lagos
Job Type: Full Time


Job Purpose

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring we attract and hire top talent to support our growth and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and Execute Recruitment Strategies:

  • Create and implement effective recruitment plans to meet the staffing needs of the plant.

Job Posting and Advertising:

  • Write and post job descriptions on various platforms including job boards, social media, and industry-specific sites.

Candidate Sourcing:

  • Utilize multiple sourcing techniques to identify potential candidates, including networking, headhunting, and using recruitment databases.

Screening and Interviewing:

  • Conduct initial phone screenings, coordinate and conduct in-person or virtual interviews, and assess candidates qualifications and cultural fit.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.

Candidate Experience:

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.

Database Management:

  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings and manage applicant tracking systems.

Compliance:

  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.

Qualifications
Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, preferably in the manufacturing or FMCG sector.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing techniques, and recruitment best practices.

Communication:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Interpersonal Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Technology:

  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and HR databases.
