Regional Sales Manager
- The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will lead and drive sales performance within the assigned region to achieve revenue growth, market expansion, and brand visibility for Neutriherbs cosmetic limited product portfolio. This role combines strategic planning, team leadership, and deep market knowledge to build strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and beauty professionals.
- Recruit Distributors to the company
- Strategic planning towards the growth of the business
- Monitor and ensure price compliance by all distributors and wholesale customers.
- Develop part of the southeast and south-south market
- Achieve brand visibility and demand in the major cosmetics market in Lagos
- Monitor and ensure fast sales of the distributors stock with the sales team for faster turnover for DBs
- Manage sales and supplies in superstore in Lagos both mainland an island.
- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales
