?Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. 
• The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and driving profitability while maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and overall restaurant performance.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, train, and manage restaurant staff, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory, order supplies, and control costs to maximize profitability.
• Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Ensure that restaurant policies and standards are consistently maintained.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for quality assurance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and attract customers.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry.
• B.Sc Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven ability to handle restaurant operations, budgeting, and cost control.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Proficiency in restaurant management software is an added advantage.
