Job Summary

• As a Restaurant Manager, you will oversee all aspects of outlet operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning, high service standards, and staff accountability.
• You will lead a team, manage inventory, maintain the facility, and drive overall operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily outlet operations, ensuring high standards in customer service, product quality, and operational efficiency.
• Lead, train, and motivate staff to achieve performance targets and operational goals.
• Ensure proper staff grooming, professional conduct, and adherence to company policies.
• Monitor inventory usage, prevent wastage, and control stock levels.
• Monitor facility maintenance and cleanliness to meet operational standards.
• Drive a culture of teamwork, accountability, and excellent customer experience.
• Ensure excellent customer service and timely complaint resolution.
• Enforce strict staff grooming and conduct standards.

Core Competencies

• Prior experience in a QSR or food business is required.
• 3-5 years of experience in a QSR
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent understanding of QSR operations and food service management.
• Ability to manage customer service, inventory, facilities, staff performance, and product quality.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
