Robeck Locks was established in 2001 out of a need to bring into the marketplace stylish locksets at affordable prices without compromising on quality, functionality and durability. We import and distribute a wide range of quality fashionable door locksets and accessories to trade and construction companies. Our company is a fast-growing retail and wholesale company with 2 decades of operation within the Furniture Hardware Industry.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Trainee Accountant
Job Location: Amuwo Odofin, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Are you a passionate, enthusiastic, goal-getter, self-driven, self-motivated and dedicated with little or no experience in Accounting? If yes we need your services at Robeck Locks.

Job Responsibilities

• Daily duties include making income or expense entries into the accounting system.
• Vetting invoices, paying bills and creating invoices for clients.
• Checking entries and documentation for accuracy; making necessary corrections and filing documents as needed.
• Working on payroll, taxes, inventory, cost accounting, reconciliations, auditing, internal controls, financial statement within the accounting department.
• The trainee accountant will work with senior accountants
• Other duties as assigned by Senior accountant

Requirements

• OND in Accounting
• Applicant must be keen on professional development

Person Specification:

• Must be a fast learner
• Must be proactive and have a positive attitude

Salary
N60,000 - N70,000 / Month
