Job Position: Sales and Customer Service Representative
Job Location: Magodo Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are looking for a female candidate aged 23-30 to handle customer inquiries, process orders, and ensure timely delivery of products. 
• The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Excel, and have a proven track record of closing sales.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone and chat
• Process orders and follow up on delivery agents to ensure timely delivery
• Utilize Microsoft Excel to track orders and customer interactions
•  and exceed sales targets through effective communication and persuasion

Requirements

• Candidates aged 23-30
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and laptop operations
• Excellent communication and sales skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Work Schedule:

• Monday - Friday: 8:30am - 5:00pm
• Saturday: 9:00am - 4:00pm

Salary
N60,000 - N90,000 Monthly (dependent on experience).
