Job Position: Sales and Marketing Executive
Job Location: Kaduna
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team in Kaduna.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, driving product awareness, and achieving sales targets in the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the Kaduna region
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
• Plan and execute marketing strategies to increase product visibility and market share
• Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis
• Meet or exceed sales targets and prepare regular sales reports
• Organize and attend marketing activities and promotional events

Requirements

• Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in sales and marketing (FMCG experience is an added advantage)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Kaduna.
