Job Summary

• This position involves sales and marketing activities, promotions, events, and training programs to optimize the performance of the company’s distributor network.
• Reporting directly to the Sales and marketing manager, the Sales & Marketing Executive works to strengthen the connection between the company and its distribution network.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve company targets and increase market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, clients, and key stakeholders to drive product awareness and loyalty.
• Conduct product presentations, training sessions, and promotional activities for distributors and retail partners.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, market segments, and distribution channels.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, events, and wellness programs to promote brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create marketing materials, digital content, and promotional tools.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, marketing ethics, and health industry regulations.
• Support the Sales & Marketing Manager in planning and executing strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• A Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any related field.
• 2 - 4 years of experience in sales and marketing.
• Previous record of working in a health or pharmaceutical company.
• A history of meeting or exceeding sales targets and demonstrated success in building and managing effective marketing strategies.

Salary
N250,000 / Month.
