Summary

• A sales and marketing manager isresponsible for leading a company's sales and marketing efforts to achieve revenue targets and business goals.
• This role involves developing and implementing strategies, managing teams, and analyzing performance data to optimize results.
• They bridge the gap between sales and marketing to ensure cohesive and effective execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Research and Analysis: Conducting market research to identify opportunities, understand consumer preferences, and analyze competitor activities.
• Campaign Development and Execution: Designing and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including advertising, social media, and content marketing.
• Sales Performance Management: Setting sales targets, monitoring performance against objectives, and implementing strategies to improve sales outcomes.
• Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Strategy Development and Implementation: Creating and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
• Team Leadership and Management: Managing and motivating sales and marketing teams, providing guidance, and fostering a positive work environment.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 6 - 10 years of work experience. 
• Must be able to sell properties.

Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 monthly.
