Job Position: Sales Lead

Job Responsibilities


  • The Sales Lead is responsible for driving residential & commercial service revenue by converting inbound service opportunities, developing recurring client relationships, and producing accurate, timely, and profitable quotes for multi-trade work.
  • This role supports the company's field operations by coordinating closely with technicians, translating technical findings into commercial proposals, and maintaining accountability for the full sales cycle.
  • The Sales Leadplays a pivotal role in customer engagement, pricing discipline, and operational coordination. The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial mindset, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced service environment.

Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Generation:

  • Qualify inbound service requests and convert them into closed commercial service orders.
  • Prepare accurate, cost-controlled quotes for repairs, replacements, PM work, and special projects.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with facilities managers, procurement teams, and national account stakeholders.
  • Proactively follow up on open proposals, pending quotes, and recurring opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue, margin, and conversion targets.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for commercial clients across companys footprint.
  • Conduct structured follow-ups, virtual consultations, and proposal reviews with customers.
  • Manage customer expectations regarding timelines, service scope, pricing, and logistics.
  • Support client retention strategies through consistent communication and value delivery.

Technical Collaboration & Scoping:

  • Partner with field technicians to convert on-site diagnostics and equipment findings into clear proposals.
  • Validate and refine scopes of work using the companys price book and historical estimates.
  • Ensure all proposals include accurate labor, materials, equipment specifications, and exclusions.
  • Assist in identifying cross-sell opportunities across companys multi-trade portfolio.

Requirements

  • HND / Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, Economics or other related degrees
  • 3+ years of experience in service sales, facilities maintenance, construction services, or B2B commercial services.
  • Very Strong Communication skills
  • Proficiency in CRM, service management, or dispatch software (e.g., Workiz).
  • Ability to read technician notes, scopes, and equipment recommendations and convert them into commercial proposals.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Basic understanding of MEP building systems preferred.
