Job Summary

• The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and executing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.
• The role requires a results-driven individual with experience in B2B and B2C sales within the food and beverage industry, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to lead sales initiatives from concept to closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales plans to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate partnerships, catering, and events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
• Work closely with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns that boost sales.
• Track sales performance, prepare reports, and present insights to management.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients while ensuring profitability.
• Represent Toasties at events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
• Ensure sales activities align with the brand’s customer service standards.
