Job Position: Sales Manager (Retail Fashion Outlet)

Job Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Job Summary

• Drive sales performance and deliver exceptional customer experiences within our luxury fashion retail store.
• Lead and inspire a team of sales associates to achieve and exceed sales targets, while upholding the brand's prestigious image and fostering client loyalty.

Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Performance:

• Achieve and surpass sales targets through effective team management and personal sales efforts.
• Analyze sales data and implement strategies to optimize performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, client acquisition, and conversion rates.
• Implement and maintain effective sales techniques and strategies

Client Relationship Management:

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with VIP clients.
• Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently met.
• Address and resolve client inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.

Store Operations & Visual Merchandising:

• Ensure the store maintains a visually appealing and luxurious environment.
• Collaborate with visual merchandising teams to optimize product placement and displays.
• Oversee inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels.
• Maintain store cleanliness and adherence to brand standards.
• Ensure loss prevention policies are followed.

Brand Advocacy:

• Represent the brand with professionalism and integrity.
• Stay up-to-date on fashion trends and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• B.Sc / HND in Mass Communication or a related course
• 5 years of experience in a luxury fashion retail outlet
• Proven experience in a sales management role within the luxury retail industry, preferably fashion.
• Strong sales acumen and a demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for luxury fashion and a strong understanding of current trends.
• Exceptional customer service and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 / month.
