Job Overview

• As a Sales Officer, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our high-quality poultry products.
• This position involves not only sales activities but also requires market research to identify opportunities and trends in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Sales and Marketing: Execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitors. Provide insights to improve product positioning.
• Customer Engagement: Interact with customers to understand their needs, address inquiries, and provide product information. Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the poultry industry, our products, and competitor offerings. Provide accurate information to customers and make recommendations based on their requirements.
• Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports detailing achievements, challenges, and opportunities. Use data to optimize sales approaches and strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Alternatively, relevant experience in sales and marketing within the agricultural or poultry industry.
• Ability to conduct effective market research and analyze data.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales.
