Job Description

• We're hiring a Sales Order Analyst in Awka, Anambra State.
• This role requires meticulous attention to detail and advanced Excel skills to ensure accurate and efficient processing of sales orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze sales order data to discern trends, patterns, and anomalies, facilitating informed decision-making.
• Input sales orders accurately and efficiently into the database, maintaining data integrity.
• Liaise with the production team to monitor sales order processes for efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure customer orders are intact and delivered on time.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, and operations teams to resolve order-related issues.
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure on-time delivery.
• Drive process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for optimization and implementing solutions.

Requirements:

• Minimum of HND in related fields with 1 year of experience.
• Recently completed the NYSC program.
• Proficient in advanced Excel and Microsoft Office Suites.
• Exceptional analytical skills with a knack for data interpretation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are essential for effective collaboration.
• Detail-oriented with a keen ability to identify errors and discrepancies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of cross-functional teams.
• Quick adaptability to new tools and technologies.
• Discretion in handling confidential information.

Additional Preference for Onsite Living:

• Candidates willing to live onsite in factory accommodation in Awka are strongly encouraged to apply.

Remuneration
N90,000 - N120,000 / Month.
