Summary

• We are seeking a Sales Associate to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will deliver excellent customer service, support sales operations, and maintain an attractive, well-organized showroom.
• This role requires strong computer skills, as the successful candidate will work extensively with our internal software.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and attend to customers professionally upon arrival.
• Provide accurate and helpful product information to customers.
• Use company software to process sales, check stock levels, and issue receipts.
• Arrange, organize, and maintain product displays for visibility and easy access.
• Coordinate with the storekeeper to ensure adequate stock levels.
• Prepare customer orders for pickup or delivery as required.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and customer-friendly showroom environment.
• Record customer inquiries, feedback, and service issues.

Requirements

• OND / Diploma qualification.
• 2–3 years of experience in sales, or customer service roles.
• Computer literacy is a must.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Neat appearance and a strong customer service orientation.

Benefits

•  Salary: N80,000 - N100,000 monthly.
