Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business leads through networking, cold calling and other sales strategies.
• Promote and build strong, lasting relationships with buyers and investors
• Market and sell attractive properties with real value.
• Stay on top of market trends, competitors, and customer needs
• Represent us at events, open houses, and high-impact meetings.
• Deliver outstanding customer service—before, during, and after the sale.
• Keep accurate records of all sales activities.

Requirements

• HND / BSc in any relevant field
• Proven sales experience (real estate experience is a plus).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to generate leads and close deals.
• A self-starter mentality, you thrive independently and in a team.
• Basic Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
