Job Position: Sales Representative
Job Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Summary

• As the Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, marketing property listings, and closing sales to drive revenue growth.
• You will engage prospective clients, present property options, and ensure seamless transaction processes while maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective buyers through networking, site inspections, and referrals
• Present property listings, conduct site visits, and explain features, pricing, and payment plans
• Follow up on leads, negotiate terms, and close property sales effectively
• Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular performance updates to management
• Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients to encourage referrals and repeat business.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or OND / HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 1 – 2 years of experience in real estate sales or a related sales role
• Strong negotiation, communication, and client management skills
• Good knowledge of the Lekki real estate market and property sales processes
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Salary
NGN 150,000 Monthly.
