Job Description

• A sales representative promotes and sells a company's products or services by identifying potential customers, building relationships, and closing deals.
• Key responsibilities include generating leads, presenting product information, negotiating terms, meeting sales targets, and providing customer support. Success in this role depends on strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead generation: Finding new business opportunities through methods like cold calling, networking, and researching.
• Product demonstration: Presenting products or services to potential customers and explaining how they meet the client's needs.
• Sales negotiation and closing: Discussing and agreeing on sales terms, and completing the sale.
• Customer relationship management: Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Sales target attainment:Meeting specific quotas or revenue goals set by the company.
• Market knowledge: Staying informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and company products.

Essential Skills

• A Degree / HND / Masters's Degree
• Communication:Clearly and persuasively conveying information to customers.
• Interpersonal skills:Building rapport and trust with clients.
• Persuasion:Convincing potential buyers to make a purchase.
• Problem-solving:Addressing customer inquiries and concerns effectively.
• Adaptability:Adjusting sales techniques based on customer interactions and market conditions.

Salary Range

• Between N120,000 to N150,000 monthly.
