Job Position: Sales Showroom Manager (Female)
Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily showroom operations.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and experience.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock to optimize sales.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
• Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints.
• Train and develop showroom staff to improve performance.
• Maintain the showroom's visual appearance to company standards.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Requirements

• Must have B.Sc / HND in business management, communication, marketing or any related course.
• 5+ years of experience in sales showroom management, preferably in retail or showroom settings / manufacturing company.
