Job Position: Senior Human Resource Manager
Job Location: Abeokuta, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities


  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and align HR strategies with organizational goals, and support senior leadership in shaping company culture.
  • Talent Management: Oversee recruitment, talent development, and succession planning for key roles.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to employment laws and update HR policies to mitigate risks.
  • Training & Development: Identify training needs and oversee development programs to enhance employee skills and leadership.
  • Organizational Development: Lead change initiatives and drive programs to improve organizational effectiveness.
  • Performance Management: Implement performance evaluation systems and support managers with performance-related issues.
  • Employee Relations: Address complex employee relations issues and foster a positive work environment.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Manage and optimize compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and fairness.
  • HR Analytics & Reporting: Monitor HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to senior management.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the HR team, promoting a collaborative, high-performance environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (BSc) in Human Resource Management, Personnel Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 10 to 15 Years of HR management experience.
  • A Master's degree (M.Sc./MBA) in Human Resource Management or a related field is advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labour laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools.
