Job description: 

- Create and update contents on blog and social media platforms 
- Answer telephone calls and email correspondences
- Help customers to keep abreast of germane information that are of potential interest and promotional offers in travels industry 
- Proofread, review and edit materials for accurate use of grammar
- Coordinate bookings between customers and service providers 
- Other suites as assigned
