Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and motivated Shop Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store. The ideal candidate will lead a team, ensure excellent customer service, manage inventory, and drive sales. Availability to work weekends is essential.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management:

• Supervise, train, and motivate shop assistants and other staff members.
• Schedule staff shifts, ensuring adequate coverage, especially during weekends.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment.

Sales & Customer Service:

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.

Inventory Management:

• Oversee stock levels, ordering, and replenishment.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and manage stock discrepancies.
• Ensure merchandise is well-presented and displays are appealing.

Operational Management:

• Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage cash handling, including daily cash reconciliations and banking.

Reporting & Analysis:

• Prepare sales reports and analyze performance metrics.
• Identify trends and opportunities for business growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Shop Manager or similar role in retail.
• Strong understanding of retail management and customer service principles.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and retail management software.

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 monthly.
