Job Position: Site Engineer
Job Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high end, large scale mixed development
• Hold accountability for all on-site construction activities
• Ensure completion of projects according to quality specifications
• Provide cost effective resource allocation
• Manage sub-contractors, staff, consultants, plant and materials
• Monitor on-site works in line with agreed contract - cost, programme, H&S, quality.

Requirements
We're searching for someone who can demonstrate:

• A track record in the project management of housing related civil engineering schemes and infrastructure works
• You will have a minimum of 8 years experience as a Site Engineer on a large, multi unit construction project for a major developer or residential contractor
• Excellent communication/interpersonal skills - you're going to be liaising with a lot of different stakeholders, both internal and external
• A rounded set of skills & awareness - be that operational, technical or commercial.
• A qualification in Civil Engineering, or similar proven track record of successful delivery of residential schemes in a similar role as a No 1
• Proven experience in managing teams and excellent health and safety management skills
• Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
