Job Position: Site Manager

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are looking for a skilled Site Supervisor to oversee our construction projects, ensuring timely completion, quality control, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage construction site activities, including laborers and contractors
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, building codes, and regulations
• Collaborate with the design team, clients, and contractors to resolve issues and implement design plans
• Manage and coordinate site logistics, including materials, equipment, and labor
• Maintain accurate records of site activities, progress, and incidents.

Requirements

• HND or BSc in Architecture, Construction Management, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience (at least 3 years) in site supervision or construction management
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety protocols, and building codes
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage conflicting priorities.
