We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Facility Manager

Job Location: Sagamu, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Facilities & Maintenance Management:

• Oversee routine and preventive maintenance of buildings, classrooms, utilities, and equipment.
• Supervise maintenance staff and external contractors.
• Ensure timely repairs and minimal disruption to school activities.

Health, Safety & Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
• Implement emergency response procedures and safety drills.

Security & Access Control:

• Oversee security personnel and access control systems.
• Ensure proper monitoring of school premises.
• Address safety concerns promptly.

Budgeting & Cost Control:

• Prepare and manage facilities budget.
• Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effective procurement of supplies and services.
• Maintain vendor relationships and service contracts.
