We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Planning Intern

Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Internship

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily engineering activities including task assignments, resource allocation & scheduling.
• Oversee the timesheets data entry for the field engineers, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Data Management & Planning Administrative support.
• Maintain an issues log to track and document project – related issues, including their status, priority and resolution.
• Schedule maintenance coordination and communication.

Requirements

• OND / HND / BSc from an accredited institution available for one (1) year internship or NYSC (2023/2024 Batch C stream 2 OR 2024/2025 Batch A)
• Candidate to be proficient in Microsoft excel and willing to learn.
• Microsoft office suite proficiency.
• Knowledge of ERP, CRM is an added advantage.
