Doo Havilah Medspa (also known as Doo Havilah Aesthetics) is a premier, high-end skincare clinic and spa based in Abuja, Nigeria, dedicated to providing advanced, medically-backed aesthetic treatments. It focuses on transforming skin health for clients facing issues like acne, aging, and hyperpigmentation through personalized, innovative, and non-surgical procedures in a luxurious, tranquil setting.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Social Media / Content Creator

Job Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a monthly social media content calendar.
• Create engaging content (videos, reels, graphics, captions) for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
• Plan and execute content around treatments, products, promotions, and client testimonials.
• Manage daily posting, engagement, and community management (responding to comments & DMs).
• Drive sales through strategic content and online campaigns.
• Collaborate with management to align marketing strategies with business goals.
• Monitor social media analytics and provide weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Stay updated on industry trends, content trends, and competitor activities.
• Coordinate and supervise photoshoots, treatment videos, and promotional content.
• Support online advertising campaigns where necessary.

Key Performance Expectations

• Increase brand visibility and engagement.
• Grow social media following organically.
• Drive measurable bookings and product sales from digital platforms.
• Maintain consistent brand image and content quality.

Experience & Qualifications

• OND / HND / BSc in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field (preferred but not mandatory if highly skilled).
• 1–3 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or Content Creator.
• Experience in beauty, skincare, aesthetics, or lifestyle brands is an added advantage.
• Proven portfolio of previous social media pages managed.
• Demonstrated growth and engagement results from past roles.

Required Skills:

• Strong content creation skills (video shooting & editing).
• Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, InShot, and Adobe (basic knowledge is a plus).
• Excellent copywriting and caption-writing skills.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok algorithms & trends.
• Ability to create engaging Reels and short-form video content.
• Sales-driven mindset (ability to convert followers into paying clients).
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

(Additional information):

• Graphic Design savvy is an Added Advantage.
