We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Social Media Manager

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and manage the company’s social media strategy across all key platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Threads, etc.)
• Create and curate high-quality, engaging, and visually consistent content tailored to each platform.
• Develop monthly content calendars and campaign schedules.
• Stay up-to-date on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
• Oversee paid social media campaigns, in coordination with the digital marketing or performance team.
• Manage influencer/brand ambassador relationships when applicable.
• Manage daily posting, monitoring, and community engagement to ensure timely and on-brand interactions.
• Analyze performance data (reach, engagement, conversions, etc.) and adjust strategy to optimize outcomes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, design, product, sales, and leadership teams for campaign alignment.
• Handle social media crises or reputational issues with professionalism and tact.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of proven experience managing brand social media channels.
• Strong understanding of each platform’s algorithms, features, and content formats.
• Proficient in social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Later, Buffer, Meta Business Suite).
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills with a flair for storytelling.
• Experience working with creative teams or using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut is a plus.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to grow audience, increase engagement, and drive measurable results.
• Experience with influencer marketing, UGC strategy, and paid social ads is a plus.

Salary
N250,000 - N350,000 monthly.
