Job Position: Social Media Manager
Job Location: Mainland, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Hybrid role: 3 times a week in-office

Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. 
• As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy, creating engaging content, and managing our online presence. This is a hybrid role, requiring you to work from the office three times a week.
• Female Candidates preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
• Create high-quality, engaging content (text, images, videos) for our social media platforms.
• Manage and schedule content using social media management tools.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews on social media.
• Analyze social media metrics and adjust the strategy accordingly.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or a similar role.
• Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) and their respective advertising options.
• Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer).
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
