Job Position: Social Media Manager

Job Location: Head Office, Lekki, Lagos

Reports to: Marketing Lead / Brand & Communications Manager

Job Summary

• The Social Media Manager is responsible for managing the company’s online presence, brand voice, and engagement across all social media platforms to drive visibility, trust, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy.
• Create, curate, and manage content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Monitor platform metrics, engagement rates, and conversion KPIs.
• Collaborate with customer service to respond to inquiries via social platforms.
• Plan and implement social media campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
• Manage the social media calendar and brand consistency across content.
• Stay updated with industry trends, digital tools, and competitor strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management.
• Strong copywriting, design coordination, and data analytics skills.
• Proficient with social media tools like Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite.

Salary
N250,000 Monthly + PFA + HMO.
