Job Position: Social Media & Marketing Strategist

About the Role

• We are seeking a smart, creative, and results-driven Social Media & Marketing Strategist to lead our digital presence, drive brand awareness, and grow sales across our platforms.
• This is a dynamic role for someone who understands both content and commerce - with the ability to ideate, design, execute, and measure engaging campaigns that move the needle.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a clear social media strategy aligned with business goals
• Manage and grow our Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms
• Create engaging, visually appealing content (photos, videos, reels, stories, graphics)
• Plan and execute creative campaigns to drive brand engagement and in-store sales
• Monitor insights and analytics to track growth and optimize performance
• Design and post content using tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar
• Manage social media calendar and ensure timely, consistent posting
• Propose and work within allocated budgets for paid promotions and campaigns
• Collaborate with store team to promote new product launches and offers
• Keep up with trends and integrate them into content strategy
• Provide monthly reports and actionable insights.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree
• Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing
• Strong graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly
• A creative mind with a strong eye for visual detail and storytelling
• Ability to plan, execute, and track marketing campaigns
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Meta Ads, and analytics tools
• Flexibility, initiative, and a solution-oriented mindset
• Portfolio or proof of past social media projects is required

Bonus Skills (Not mandatory, but a plus):

• Experience in product photography or short-form video editing
• Background in brand strategy or content marketing
• Experience working with F&B or lifestyle brands.

Salary
N150,000 - N250,000 / month.
