Job Description

• We seeks to hire a Software Business Analyst, to join are growing team of professionals

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc in related courses
• Minimum of 1 - 2 years experience

Responsibilities

• Market research and analysis in identifying new products and existing products enhancement.
• Manage the daily operations of the analyst teampresentations and solution demonstrations of existing and new software products and solutions to customers.
• Client interaction for system requirements gathering and accounts management.
• System requirements analysis and modelling of software solutions.
• Prepare software functional specifications and top-level system architecture
• Review and communicate proposals and cost estimates to customers and stakeholders
• Ensuring compliance and surpassing Sales projections.
• Managing and maintaining good client's relationship in ensuring a healthy customer experience.
• Prepare proposals and respond to RFPs
• Collaborate with colleagues and peers on the sales, marketing, and product development teams to improve overall customer experience and satisfaction
• Build strong relationships with customers, outside business contacts, and company stakeholders
• Analyze current customer base, including portfolios and rolodexes, to identify potential sales opportunities
