Job Position: Store and Logistics Officer
Job Location: Enugu

Job Summary
- The Store and Logistics Officer will be responsible for the efficient management of pharmaceutical inventories and logistics processes.
- This role ensures the safe storage, handling, and timely delivery of pharmaceutical products while adhering to industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Oversee receiving, storing, issuing, and auditing of pharmaceutical stock. Maintain accurate records and prevent stockouts, overstocking, or spoilage through control measures.
- Logistics & Distribution: Coordinate and monitor the transportation of products, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with transport regulations, including cold chain requirements.
- Warehouse Operations: Ensure organized, safe, and compliant storage of products. Supervise handling of deliveries to prevent damage.
- Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to GDP, GMP, and other regulations, maintaining thorough documentation of inventory activities.
- Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with procurement, quality control, and sales teams. Generate reports on inventory and logistics and contribute to process improvements.
Requirements
Educational Qualification:
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in: Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
Experience:
- Experience in logistics, warehousing, or inventory management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulatory standards is a plus.
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical storage requirements and compliance standards.
