House of Plants (Lagos Plants) is a horticulture company that sells plants, flowers and offers landscaping and maintainance service.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Store Assistant

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are seeking a vibrant social media savvy Store Assistant with excellent customer service and sales skills to manage the store.

Responsibilities

• Opening and closing the store daily
• Welcoming customers into the store and assisting them with making a purchase
• Boosting sales through upselling
• Booking Ubers & dispatch on apps to send out orders for delivery
• Answering customer calls, messages and enquiries about our products, services or already processed orders
• Watering, cleaning & arranging the plants neatly to keep them alive & keep the store looking attractive
• Daily book keeping of payments made and expenses.
• Taking pictures and videos of store products for customers & social media
• Participating in content creation when necessary
• Suggesting sales ideas and assisting with any other task when necessary

Requirements

• Minimum academic qualification of OND
• Prior experience in horticulture is not required as the ideal candidate will be fully trained.
• Candidate must well spoken, presentable, friendly, willing to learn and enthusiastic
• Excellent Customer Service,Problem Solving andNegotiation Skills
• Prior experience in content creation, social media marketing or photography/videography will be an added advantage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The ideal candidate should live within very close proximity to store location.

Salary
N60,000 - N100,000 Monthly.
