We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Supermarket Manager
Job Location: Abuja (FCT) ,
Working Days & Hours: Monday – Friday: 10 hours daily
Saturday: Half day, Sunday: Off
Start Date: Immediate

Job Summary

• The Supermarket Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining stock control, and driving sales performance.
• The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, computer literacy, and dedication to efficient supermarket operations.

Role Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the supermarket
• Supervise and manage staff performance and schedules
• Ensure excellent customer service at all times
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and replenishment
• Monitor sales, expenses, and profitability
• Ensure proper product display and merchandising
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and organization of the store
• Maintain accurate sales and stock records
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Coordinate suppliers and deliveries
• Enforce company policies and operational standards
• Ensure smooth opening and closing of the store
• Prevent theft, losses, and operational inefficiencies

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in supermarket/retail management
• Must be computer literate
• Must show strong dedication and commitment to work
• Good leadership and team management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and multitasking ability
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Good numerical and record-keeping skills
• Honest, responsible, and trustworthy.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 per month.
