Job Description

• We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Supermarket manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales growth and esnure smooth functioning of our supermarket.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the supermarket.
• Manage staff sceduling, supervision and performance
• Implement ffective merchandising and inventory management processes.
• Monitor stock levels, reduce wastage and ensure timely replenishment
• Drive sales growth through customer engagement and promotions
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene standards.
• Prepare and analyse sales, expense and performance reports.
• Lead motivate and train staff to deliver execptional customer service.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree / HND in Business Administration, Management or related filed
• 3-5 years of experience in Retail store management and at least 1 year in Leadership.
• Proven experience in inventory management and stock control
• Strong leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in POS/Inventory management systems.
