Sunrise Universal Integrated is a subsidiary of Bond Group of Companies situated in IBadan, Oyo State with business interests in supermarkets, pharmacies, eateries and arcades.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Supervisor

Job Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Responsibilties

• Assigning and scheduling tasks for specific employees and follow up on the result they generate.
• Complete all the operational requirements of the store
• Ensure customer needs are met, complaints resolved, and service is quick and efficient.
• Ensure all product displayed are merchandized effectively to maximize sales and profitability.
• Driving sales, standards and growth within the store.
• Building a strong rapport with the customers and employees.
• Assist the Supermarket Manager in developing and motivating a large team of colleagues.
• Ensuring all health and safety precautions are strictly adhered to.
• Ensure adherence of the Company’s code of conduct.
• Ensure staff compliance to all company’s policies.
• Closely monitor the attendance of all staff at the supermarket and preparation of the attendance summary at the end of the month.
• Ensure Standard Merchandizing and correct price tagging
• Monitor sales target & actualization review and ensure stock availability at all times.
• Confirm and report expired and about to expire items
• Any other related job assigned to you by the supermarket manager.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 2 years of experience.
