Job Locations: Lagos and Ogun

Job Description

• We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our hospital’s supply chain operations.
• The ideal candidate should have a strong background in supply chain management, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for improving healthcare delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to ensure the efficient procurement, storage, and distribution of medical supplies and equipments.
• Collaborate with medical staff to understand their needs and ensure timely availability of necessary supplies.
• Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Manage inventory levels to prevent shortages and overstock situations.
• Oversee and monitors reports/metrics; prepares and submits facility budget and guarantees operations do not exceed budget.
• Coordinate the receipt, inventory process, replenishment of the hospital and other supply locations.
• Works directly with contracting team, value analysis, project leads, senior leaders, department leads, buyers, and data analysts to secure the best terms and prices and ensure projects are supported and implemented.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain software and tools.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven leadership and team management abilities.
