Job Position: Supply Chain Manager
 Job Location: Lagos Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Planning and managing logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
• Directing, optimizing and coordinating full order cycle
• Liaising and negotiating with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers
• Keeping track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
• Arranging warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process Shipment
• Resolving any arising problems or complaints related to supply chain management
• Supervising, coaching and training warehouse workforce
• Meeting cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
• Maintaining metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
• Complying with laws, regulations and ISO requirements
• Train and mentor employees, including reinforcement of safety guidelines.
• Report accidents and injuries and ensure proper treatment protocols are met.
• Create supply chain management strategies that increase efficiency and speed.
• Collaborate with other departments to close operational gaps.
• Balance safety, cost management and business growth then prepare and submit reports.
• Optimize warehouse functions.
• Handle communications and negotiations with Vendors.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a relevant qualification with 6-8 years of relevant experience.

Salary
N600,000 per month.
