We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Human Resource Officer (Intern / Training)
Job Location: Gbagada, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
• Ready to pay attention to details
• Screen resumes and application forms
• Prepare HR-related reports as needed
• Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies
• Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
• Post, update, and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages, and social networks
• Participate in organizing company events and career days

Requirements and Skills

• Experience similar junior HR role is a plus
• Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting
• Basic knowledge of labor legislation
• Organizational skills
• Familiarity with HRIS, and resume databases
• Experience with MS Office, and Excel
• OND or NCE qualification
• Candidate must reside around Gbagada, Shomolu, and Bariga.

Salary
N40,000 - N50,000 monthly.
